LiMon Documentation
Welcome to the LiMon documentation. LiMon is an on-premises license monitoring appliance that supports FlexLM, RLM, LM-X, and DSLS.
Platforms
LiMon is available as Standard or Professional. Both platforms can be deployed as a native Linux package (.deb or .rpm) or as a Docker bundle.
- Standard — Perpetual platform with Admin UI, Setup Wizard, intelligence reports, and up to 20 servers.
- Professional — Perpetual platform with unlimited servers plus webhooks, compliance ledger, and advanced analytics.
Standard and Professional are perpetual platform licenses — you own the platform tier you buy, forever. Each purchase includes one year of subscription. Subscription includes support and platform updates, and unlocks the subscription-gated features available on your chosen platform: intelligence reports on Standard, and intelligence reports plus advanced analytics, compliance ledger, and AD/LDAP and Hybrid Entra integration on Professional.
